TRADE WINDOW SUPPLIES LTD HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED SINCE 1997.
The company was originally started by Gordon Pownall who made all the customer home visits personally. Due to Gordons retirement 6 years ago, he passed his knowledge onto his nephew Steve who now carries out all customer visits. Steve has a friendly manner, and his expertise is second to none. You will feel confident that you will get only genuine advice from Steve, and nothing is too much trouble.
Gordons’ daughter in law, Lisa, has worked for the company since finishing college and since Gordons’ retirement now runs the company. Her friendly and efficient manner and vast industry knowledge make it easy for customers to call in and discuss any aspect of their job, safe in the knowledge that their requests will be carried out.
Working alongside Lisa in the showroom is her sister Lindsey helping customers with their enquiries. In charge of accounts and admin is ‘Auntie Debbie’ so this truly is a family business.
All our fitting teams have worked with us for many years and so have built up a great rapport with many of our customers. They have many years’ experience in fitting all aspects of UPVC product and are valued members of our team.
